Cancellation Policy

Cancellations
Training registration strictly is non-refundable. Any cancellations made will be assessed a 100% cancellation fee. AirDefense is not responsible for any other costs to students (e.g. airline penalties) incurred because of canceled classes.

No Shows
Attendees who are registered for a class and who do not show will be assessed a 100% no show fee.

Reschedules / Substitutions / Reimbursements
AirDefense reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any training course. If you need to cancel or reschedule your class date, you may send a substitute from your organization to avoid the cancellation fee, provided that person meets class prerequisites. If AirDefense for any reason cancels a scheduled class, attendees will be provided 90 calendar days from the start date of the original course to reschedule and attend a course. A 100% cancellation fee will be assessed to students not rescheduling within the aforementioned 90-day period.
