ATLANTA, February 9, 2005 - AirDefense, the leader in

Chairman and Founder Jay Chaudhry will speak at the inaugural
Information Security Conference on Monday, February 14 from
3:45 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. at The Argent Hotel, San Francisco. This
half-day symposium is sponsored by America's Growth Capital
and is being held before the 2005 RSA Conference.
Chaudhry will join a panel of distinguished executives in a
discussion titled "Next Generation Security Architectures."
Chaudhry is one of five industry experts on the panel. Other
participants include Peter George, CEO of Crossbeam Systems;
Pat Clawson, CEO of CyberGuard; Ken Xie, CEO of Fortinet and
Kip McClanahan, president of Tipping Point Security Division,
3Com. Moderating the panel will be Ben Howe, co-founder and
managing partner of America's Growth Capital. The symposium
will feature executives from leading public and private information
security companies who will discuss technology, market and competitive
trends with an audience of institutional and private equity
investors as well as industry participants from across the country.
Jay Chaudhry, who founded AirDefense in 2001, is a seasoned
entrepreneur and experienced technology executive with a track
record of success. His background includes 20 years of sales,
marketing and engineering experience from leading companies
such as IBM, NCR and Unisys and the successful launch of several
entrepreneurial companies.
In 1997, Chaudhry founded SecureIT, the first pure-play Internet
security services company to experience exponential revenue
growth. As a self-funded company of more than 60 employees,
SecureIT was acquired by VeriSign in July 1998. After serving
as vice president and general manager of the Security Services
Division at VeriSign, Chaudhry's entrepreneurial spirit intensified
and he went on to co-found and launch several successful start-up
technology companies, including CipherTrust, the developer of
the industry's first security appliance for email systems and
Air2Web, a developer of the leading mobile Internet platform.
AirDefense executives will be available for press and analyst
briefings at the RSA Conference. AirDefense is co-exhibiting
with IBM in booth # 742. If you would like to arrange a meeting
