AirDefense's online support center allows you to submit your support request online and track the progress through to resolution. You may also review previous tickets and resolutions to help quickly resolve issues.

Online Training
AirDefense offers a variety of online training services for current customers.

AirDefense University
Customer training is now available via online streaming on AirDefense University. Topics range from introductory product training to more advanced feature topics. Customers may also view current product demos. To access AirDefense University, customers must register for access to the AirDefense Support Portal.

Online Lunch & Learn Series
This series of courses provides in depth knowledge about advance topics that will empower attendees to deploy, configure, and maintain the AirDefense Enterprise product more effectively. These 1 hour sessions will provide the necessary information so you can get more out of AirDefense products. Our Lunch & Learn courses will teach customers how to deploy and manage AirDefense’s Enterprise solution to better secure their WLANs. You will learn how to effectively manage the performance and security issues that exist in today’s wireless LANs.
