Please read the following terms and conditions carefully. This legal document is an agreement between you, the licensee, and AirDefense, Inc. You are agreeing to become bound by the terms of this agreement which includes the educational software license.
1. Pursuant to your adherence to this agreement, AirDefense hereby grants you a non-exclusive, limited license to use the AirDefense software provided by AirDefense, Inc. for educational and training purposes only. Use of the software is subject to the terms of this agreement. 2.You agree to use the software solely for the purposes of personal education and training. You agree not to use the software for any other purpose, including but not limited to publication, distribution, and non-educational commercial purposes. 3. You agree not to transfer this software to anyone else without the prior written approval of AirDefense, Inc. 4. The software and any accompanying written materials are the subject of copyright. You agree not to copy, disassemble, change or modify the software. AirDefense authorizes you to download and install the software on one computer you use, provided that the software is deleted once your personal use of the program is completed. You may not download the software on multiple computers or transfer the software to computers primarily used by others. 5. You may install the software on any computer controlled by the licensee, as long as there is no possibility of it being reproduced or used for commercial purposes outside the scope of this educational license. Your personal use of the software in a commercial setting is ONLY allowed to the extent that you are becoming familiar with the product, training yourself, and/or demonstrating the software�s capabilities. Further commercial use can only be authorized through a purchased, commercial license and is NOT authorized by this limited educational license. 6. If you violate any of the terms of this agreement, AirDefense may terminate your license to use the software and may take other action against you. Upon such termination, you agree to destroy/delete or return all copies of the software and accompanying materials to AirDefense. 7. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Should any part of the Agreement be held invalid, the remainder of the Agreement will still be in effect. 8. DISCLAIMER: This software and accompanying documentation is sold "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. AirDefense, Inc. expressly disclaims any warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall AirDefense, Inc. be liable for any loss of profit or any other commercial damage including but not limited to special incidental, consequential or other damages.
